Annabel’s Too is an independent boutique. 

In line with your statutory rights we do not offer refunds if the item has been worn. Please note we do check the quality of stock before posting. 

If the “do not remove” tag is removed we will not exchange the item. 

Finally, we do not have the same margins as department stores, so we cannot afford to fund returns.
